Jakob Klotz is a musician, composer, arranger, producer, and synth enthusiast who has been writing music professionally for films and commercials since 2008. In 2011, he started working with the renowned music production house BLUT, with whom he won every important international commercial award, including a Cannes Gold Lion for music and a Golden Clio.

In addition to scoring commercials, Jakob has also worked on longer formats such as the Netflix documentary Big Mäck:Gangster und Gold, the worldwide film festival success Hard Way, or the award-winning series Hindafing. Jakob is known as a cross-genre composer but specializes in the world where analog synths and electronic beats meet classical score. He works out of his studio in Munich, surrounded by a Steinway, too many analog synths, and his two dogs.
